01Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Panas888 platform, accessible via the website panas888.best and all subdomains, mobile applications and related services operated by Panas888 ("Platform"). These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

Panas888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To use the Panas888 platform and participate in any games or betting activities, you must meet the following requirements:

03Registration & Account Management

Panas888 account registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Panas888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.

Panas888 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain a single active account. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all bonuses, promotions and unreleased bonus winnings
• Permanent ban from the Panas888 platform
• Legal action where fraud is proven

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Panas888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. The minimum deposit for most Panas888 games is RM10. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and your account verification level. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Panas888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits – however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms.

Funds deposited into a Panas888 account are solely for online entertainment purposes and may not be used for any other purpose. Panas888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

05Withdrawal of Winnings

Panas888 processes winning withdrawals within under three (3) minutes for complete requests that meet all requirements. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified method on your account.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction

07Game Rules

All games on the platform Panas888 — including poker, Live Casino, football, badminton, live matches, virtual sports, and jackpots — use audited RNG systems or licensed, recognised software providers.

General rules applicable to all games:

• Game results are final once a round, hand, or match has concluded. No requests for review will be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, Panas888 will restore the game to its last valid state. Any portion of a bet affected by the technical disruption will be returned to the player.
• Panas888 reserves the right to void any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, information leakage, or any form of manipulation.
• For football and badminton, specific betting terms such as market limits, bet rewards and void rules are as stated in the respective sport rules section within the platform.

For progressive jackpot games, any jackpot successfully triggered is valid and will be paid out in full without deduction. The jackpot value displayed on the platform is a real-time estimated figure and may differ slightly from the actual value at the moment of triggering due to minimal network latency.

08Account Restrictions & Closure

Panas888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from relevant authorities
• Unusual activity indicative of possible game manipulation
• Self-exclusion requests by players or their next of kin
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless those funds are directly linked to fraudulent activity. panas888 will endeavour to conclude the investigation within 30 business days.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting Panas888 customer support. For self-requested closures, all eligible real-money balances will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

09Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Panas888 platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and legal proceedings:

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The Panas888 Platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. Notwithstanding this, Panas888 is committed to maintaining high platform availability and a seamless user experience. Panas888's liability is limited as follows:

• Panas888 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions on the player's end, device failures, or technical issues beyond panas888's control.
• In the event of a platform technical failure, Panas888's liability is limited solely to restoring the affected game state and refunding the relevant wager amounts.
• Panas888 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. This is entirely your own responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits Panas888's liability in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or death caused by Panas888's negligence. User rights protected under applicable Malaysian consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

11Responsible Gaming
